All our products are distributed under TRY-BEFORE-BUY Agreement. Technical support is provided along with demo edition for complete software understanding. All our products can be downloaded from our site.
We recommend our users to first TRY our products via trial / demo editions and make sure that they meets your requirements, prior to purchasing. Demo edition will help you get a fair idea about the software working and will help you in making quick decisions about software purchase. Refund is applicable if License edition of the software fails to function, as claimed in DEMO edition. First our technical support team will try to resolve the issue. And if they need the files to be sent to our labs, then the user has to do it, to analyse and rectify the problem. If our support team fails to fix the problem, then you can claim for refund, which will be processed immediately.
All the transactions are done electronically. Once the payment is cleared, a Registration key will be mailed to you at your email address, within 15 minutes of making the purchase. In case you don't get the registration code, it may happen that it could be in your Spam/Junk folder. If the mail is not received in Junk/Spam folder either, then please contact our sales team at : email@example.com. If you don't get the response within 12 hours, then you can claim for the refunds.
