When PDF option is selected, you will be provided with two options for saving the attachments. One option will embed the attachments within the email messages and another one will save them in a separate folder.
First of all, save all the PST files in one folder and after installation, click on the "Add folder" button. Select the output file format and then destination location for saving the output data and finally click on "Convert" button.
Important : batch feature is not available in home license. For that you have to opt for Technical License of the PST Converter Tool.
